This is a great little shop, the issue was a lot easier than they thought it would be so they tried to discount me. I insisted paying full price because it is rare to find a mechanic that is honest and upfront. Couldn’t recommend these guys more. Johnathan up front is very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been bringing my car to the Boulder Firestone for about five years. This location is sooo honest that, On a couple different occasions, they have told me that I didn’t need work done, even when I thought I did. They’ve always taken such a great care of me. They get the car done on time. Their communication is great, their customer service is excellent, they are friendly and it’s a really professional outfit.

Took my car to Firestone for tires and had the best experience. That may sound odd, but it really was a good experience. I worked with Zac and he helped me pick the right tires for what I will need on my car now that I have moved from Georgia to Colorado.. The service was really good and didn’t waste a lot of my time. I was amazed at how quickly it all got accomplished.. Zac kept me informed of how much longer it would take and made sure everything got done and I had all the necessary paperwork that I needed for warranties, etc. when I left. I really appreciated the service, the price and the quality of the tires.
