Excellent!! I got some kind of screw in my tire and no tire alarm sounded. I went first thing to wait. The staff was so personable and transparent about wait time. About an hour later, it was done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their car serviced. Highly recommended!!

Second time I have tried to get service from this location in the last few months, and both were a waste of time. First time, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, dropped it off at the designated time that morning, and waited to hear from them. When I hadn't heard from them later in the afternoon, I gave them a call, because I had something I needed my car for by then, and they said they had not even started it. I had to go pick it up, because I needed my car. I thought booking an appointment would have meant they start working on it at the time I booked, and take less than a few hours to complete a simple oil change. First waste of my time. I was having tire issues with sensor. Firestone openes the earliest 7 pm . The attendant at the front desk was was accommodating. It was a 2 hour wait but pushed me ahead . I really like that they open up 7 am on weekends because I would have had a flat if not . Really appreciate

Highly recommend these guys. They’re honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I heard a squeaking in my brakes, thought I needed new brakes, stopped in and they told me they found a pebble stuck in the pad. They could have easily charged me for new brakes that weren’t needed, this kind of honesty is priceless.
