Firestone does all the service work on my vehicles and has always done a great job. They align the front ends on my classic cars as well, I’ve bought several sets of tires there through the years and have never had a single problem. They always get me in and out quickly at a competitive price. All the guys there are top notch I recommend them to everyone.

Always a great experience at Firestone Bristol! As a matter of fact I pass two other locations and multiple other businesses to come to this store specifically. I started coming here for routine maintenance on my fleet ride for work and now I bring my personal vehicles too! Junior always fits me in the schedule as soon as he can and gets me in and out in a timely fashion! Excellent customer service! Give them a call for your automotive needs!

Took my tires in for rotation and balance and then they started digging under the hood saying a bunch of other stuff was wrong. Totally unprofessional. Joke of a place to go. Don't waste your time. They're a bunch of rip-offs then the want to be boss guy behind the counter tried to catch an attitude with me. Said it was company policy. Job scared. Just trying to make more money off of people who they think Don't know what's going on. Do not go out there unless you want to get ripped off. And it took over 2 and 1/2 hours to balance and rotate four tires. What a joke! If there was a rating below one star I would give it to them. Wanted the charge me an additional $1400, total joke

Needed to get a puncture repaired but ended up changing all my tires. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and honest in explaining the services needed. Did their jobs well and weren’t too pushy about extra services
