Everytime I've been to this Firestone I always have an amazing experience. I normally schedule as early as possible so I can have my whole day ahead. Great prices, deals and offers and wonderful customer service. I recommend doing an appointment because walk-ins may take a long time due to them being constantly busy as they are one of the best around!!! Cierra was amazing and accomadating!!

Had an appointment for today at 11 am. I was quoted a price for brake work. I agreed and I left my car there. I picked up the car later that day and found out that we had been charged 150 dollars more than our original quote. The young man at the service desk said he quoted the higher price, which was a lie. He had a very snarky attitude which upset my husband. The young man went to get his manager and she discovered that we had been charged twice for something. She fixed the issue so we paid our bill and left. When I got into my car I found that my center console was open. I tried to close it but someone had broke it. I found the broken piece on the passenger seat. I took the issue to the manager and she acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I was angry so I told her not to worry about it. Why

I have used this business for many years….they have always taken care of me! Special praise for customer relations recently goes to Ciarra and Penders…..they are “keepers” for sure. I have always gotten honest answers to my questions and outstanding service. As a former pharmaceutical representative, I was constantly on the road with a huge territory….they knew how important it was that my car be in good condition not just for my well being but for my ultimate safety. Now, retired, they still continue that kind, interested and caring quality. I love my Firestone gang!

Excellent customer service made it easy to schedule my appointment and get oil change done in the same day. I prefer Firestone to other companies because of their recommendations. I believe their quality of work is better; they’ve never pressured me to purchase a service I didn’t need.
