James was very professional and knowledgeable. Listened to my concerns regarding my brakes and sought out opinions from other technicians. Overall a great experience as I did not feel pressured and felt my car was in good hands. The technician who worked on my car did a thorough inspection. Good job to her.

I had a great experience at Firestone in Burien. The store manager, Jesse, was excellent—super professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. He made everything quick and efficient, and the service was top-notch. It’s not often you find someone who goes out of their way to make things easy, but Jesse really did. I’ll definitely be coming back here and highly recommend this location!

His genuine guidance and willingness to help made a strong first impression. When I went in for my first appointment, Jesse was there to assist me and was polite, attentive, and helpful right away. I've paid for their lifetime alignment on our two vehicles which is a phenomenal service. I do all my own automotive work - they help flag the areas to work on performing a comprehensive review of fluids, battery, wipers, lights, struts, brakes, etc - which is incredibly helpful. This last visit a set of tires had worn out earlier than expected. The manager helped make things right. These guys are so much easier to set up an appointment compared to Costco and they actually take a look at the vehicle and ensure everything is safe and functioning properly. When heading out on road trips they've been able to find time to fit me in and really go the extra mile to ensure I'm satisfied. I was in a bind with a flat tire coming back from the airport after being gone a week. Firestone was the only place open on Sunday. I walked in and James was helpful from the get-go, assuring me he’d have my tire patched in no time. It was a very transparent and easygoing experience. Can’t thank him enough and would happy recommend to anyone.
