On March 6, 2026 I took my vehicle to your Cartersville store to have an oil change, tire rotation, and wiper change. After about 1 hours a representative came out to explain what they had found. They stated that they were nails in two tires on the outer edge and could not be repaired. I have not experienced any tire leakage in over 10 months, except for cold weather. The sales person had written up the ticket, with all the issues, and the total came to $999+. She stated that I would have to buy new tires because of the nail issue. I did not grant permission to replace the tires, along with other very expensive work. Since I have not had any low tire pressure it concerned me that the tire had not been punctured. If I could leave a -5 star review, I would Terribly disappointed in this place. I feel they took advantage of my granddaughter and myself as we are female. We went in for a check engine light. $118 to check a light?? That included an $11 for shop supplies?? What supplies? They hooked it up to a computer. Then came the repair...$500 and change for a thermostat??? $100 for antifreeze?? And not to mention the charge for diagnostic was not applied to the repair bill, as most other shops do. They also did not offer AAA or AARP discount. Again, most other shops do. Then, as if that wasn't bad enough, they tried to bully us into buying new tires. When I told Tracy that I had a warranty on my tires and would go back to them, he said, "Well, they're just going to tell you the same thing I just did

Recommended, we had a challenge with brand new tires that we purchased at a Virginia Firestone while on a trip. We could never get the tires to balance correctly. Upon returning from the Trip, Cartersville Firestone eventually warrantied all of the tires. The manager could have done less and they could’ve given me a hard time but they didn’t. The car now drives correctly, hopefully we will get 70,000 miles of smooth driving.

Now, let me tell you about this amazing staff! I had the manager write down everyone’s name so I could leave an amazing review! I came in for a simple oil change and after the inspection they let me know about the state of my brakes and offered to get them fixed the same day! The process was fast and easy! I informed them I had an appointment I could not miss and they were able to schedule a ride for me to make sure I could make it and also have time to work on my truck. Shout out to Angel, Kodi, and the Tech Jacob! Awesome experience and trust me, if you need work done. Come to this location!

Great shop, cards... Cartersville muffler very honest fair also!!! Card is 6% less at CFNA Firestone than Mavis tires brakes - synchrony, $6 less late fee$, 6 mins. faster, $6 less per tire. Mavis has large tires though for trucks. Firestone is in very many towns. Clean, org. Shops, datum, parking, coffees, beverages, dining elsewhere, restrooms facilities, phones, tow access thru Insurances, lots, banking systems...
