I took my Land Rover 2019 discovery sport here to get my new tires put on and in the process they completely scratched my rims all 4 and thankfully made it right by refinishing all 4 rims. They even scratched both my front doors on my vehicle during the tire replacement and they still have yet to own up to that and make it right. My vehicle had another problem with a leak an oil leak they said they diagnosed it as a transmission cooler leak and after they did the repair $1600 nothing was fixed and the vehicle is still leaking from the same exact spot.

Thank you so much Greg Lewis and team at Firestone CC for quickly helping me today. I ran over a BIG bolt and air was gushing from my tire. They took it right in and put on the spare and advised me on purchasing a new tire. I greatly appreciate the wonderful customer service!

The Technicians were pleasant, friendly and very efficient. It was a very successful day for me, I am happy they accepted my “drop in” need that day.

Seth, one of the auto techs was exceptionally knowledgeable, caring and very honest! He fixed everything requested and even found some issues that would have to be handled at a dealership. He could have inflated the issues and overcharged us. But he was completely open, transparent and honest about the issues a dealership would need to address!
