My experience today was incredible. I called and the manager Shelley answered the phone and I asked her if they had a way of testing my battery cells to see if they were dead and she said sure they do come on in. So I went and sure enoughafter I got my car jumped. The battery was totally dead. Turns out it was a battery which was the original of 2021 when the car was manufactured. I guess the battery did have a good life but now it is put the rest. Thank you, Shelly, I appreciated your knowledge. I WOULD RECOMMEND

The three guys working tonight (9/26/25) helped me out MAJOR. Tested my battery. Tested my alternator. Gave me a jump. Let me use the store phone to call AAA. Had great attitudes. Smiles on there faces. I didn't purchase anything because the alternator i needed was $200 and wouldn't be at the store til next day.

When the other parts stores did not carry individual o-rings, saying; "we stopped carrying individual o-rings long ago, who does that anymore?" I headed here and was able to get an exact match. The employee was patient and provided a guide to match my broken part to a new one appropriate to the purpose. The other store wanted me to buy a sealed plastic box of o-rings of many sizes, none of which looked to be the right size or type of material. I'm glad I came here. Now I see that the other parts store up the road, wants three bucks for a single ring terminal, when I can get a box of 11 here for the same price. I'll be driving the extra couple of miles down from town for all my parts needs from now not, non stop.

Shelly's customer satisfaction is phenomenal and most definitely needs a raise !!! Helped me quickly while the other employees at another location couldn't.

Staff is wonderful, wife had dead battery in and out in 20 minutes. Now I'm waiting until they open at 7 I have a dead battery also . Wishing me luck.
