This Firestone location is something special. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with big smiles and genuine confidence in the work I needed done. I had two separate appointments — first to mount and balance the new wheels and tires I brought in, and then for an alignment after installing a level kit. The communication was excellent, the pricing was great, and the pride the team took in their work really stood out. I could just tell they care about doing things right. Can’t thank the crew enough for helping bring my vision to life on my truck — they’ve definitely earned my business for any future service needs!

The service consultants, Angie and Nick, were both helpful and communicative about the repairs my vehicle needed. The mechanics were knowledgeable and escorted me back to the bay to explain the problems they saw with the suspension and where the work was needed.
