I first called and spoke to Yolanda, she is so very kind and truly knows what she is doing. When I decided to go with Firestone for new tires I called back to make an appointment. Gabe was the person to get me right in. He is just a really special associate to have helping people. When I arrived for my appointment it was really hectic, phone was non stop, another customer was at his desk for 20 minutes and he answered every question they had. Another customer was dealing with Carvana and Gabe was on the phone with them as well. That is truly going above and beyond! I went in for an oil change left spending $900. They pulled me in there and told me my tire rods were bad. They had my car up in the air and showed me how wobbly it was. I don’t know anything about cars so they definitely scared me into thinking if i left that place without fixing my rods my tire would fall off so i went ahead and let them fix it. I got new tires, oil change, tire rods, and alignment and they quoted me $800 to fix everything at first but then called me later and told me it would actually be $900. I was there from 10:30 until 2:00 and $900 later they told me that the actual reason why my tire was wobbly was not because of the tire rods but the wheel bearing. Shy and Yalanda gave great service today for a tire change. And they advised me that I needed tie rod repaired, which they couldn't get in right now on Black Friday. This was on a 2008 Silverado 4x4. I wanted Firestone tires, something made in the US. They were pretty reasonable but then I got the Black Friday discount besides. Left here for under $900. Happy Advent!

Kim was excellent! I had an issue with my battery and was trying to find a someone to replace it before I turned the car off and needed another jumpstart. I stopped at two other places that said they couldn't help me and I needed to go somewhere with a professional who could access the battery. I called ahead to Firestone and Kim verified he had a replacement and gave me a price estimate right away. He even stayed late to finish installing it for me. He also noticed the oil change light and checked to make sure it was good before resetting it. Highly recommend!

I had a tire blowout just a minute away from the Firestone shop, and they were close to closing when I walked in. Kim still made sure I was taken care of right away and got me back on the road quickly. His customer service was excellent, and he even gave me helpful suggestions on where to buy a jack and a spare so I’d be prepared in the future. Really appreciated the extra effort and the great service at this location.
