I purchased my car through Carvana, and when I picked it up, I noticed the tires had some shredding. I booked an appointment online for the next day and brought it here. From start to finish, Conrad took incredible care of me. When Carvana initially refused to approve new tires, he personally called them back, insisted the tires were unsafe, and got it approved. When I returned to pick up the car, another team member helped check me out. I asked about getting an alignment, which Carvana also declined at first. Once again, they went out of their way to call back and get the alignment approved so I could leave safely. I made an appt. To do a wheel alignment, but I also inquired about installing seat covers. The gentleman in the front desk was so kind and offered to install them for me at no extra cost as part of the service (I purchased the 3-year alignment package). I was not expecting all that. And they did such an amazing Job in installing my seat covers. I am beyond grateful. Will definitely come back.

I have been coming to this Firestone for a while and have never been disappointed. They are always professional and the service provided is excellent. If there is any longer known expected wait times, they will let you know prior to getting started. Typically the work is always completed as promised. I can't be happier with this place and the prices are very reasonable too. My go to guy is Jericho. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. Get your vehicle care done at this location and you will not be disappointed.

I like it better when Julio was the manager he was super cool and known me since i purchased my first car when I was 21 back in 2005. I still be going to Firestone just miss Julio there. Today a homeless guy blew me a kiss and grabbed his you know what telling me to come outside. Men are supposed to protect women and not let that slide at all

Outstanding Customer Service, a breath of fresh air!! Definitely not what I expected. Especially from a services industry that is plagued by mediocrity. Highly professional, knowledgeable and capable of understanding what the customer needs. They went above and beyond to help us replace 4 tires in an urgent timeframe. Where everyone else said “it’s is too late on Friday for that”, they said “bring it now and we will make it happen”.
