Firestone Complete Auto Care

I’m not the one to give bad reviews. I’m usually very patient and understanding being in the service industry myself, but I was not happy with my experience here. We have used Firestone in multiple states and the care we receive is usually high standard. This location, however, the CUSTOMER service was terrible. We went in for a brake check and knew our brakes were under warranty to get replaced. My husband and I plus two kids were sharing the commuting to school and work and was expecting some phone calls with updates. We had to call and ask for an update after 3 hours of hearing nothing. The man who we spoke to said “they are working on it” nothing else. No time when it was going to ready, when to call back, what services were being done. Traveling from North Carolina to Orlando - I noticed one of my tires was losing a few pounds every couple of days- I found the closest Firestonebecause we have such good results Historically, with the Firestone franchise. I went to the CAGAN Park Avenue Firestone In Claremont/Orlando . First met with Darren Who was very informative and helpful - He was happy to take a complementary check of the tires - Especially sinceOne of them had been losing air. They did a thorough evaluation … Ethan was the technician, he told me he the test he put the tire through, but did not find a leak - but he said I suggest you replace these 2 tires within 2 to 3000 miles… Having not found a leak I was happy and about to leave and then I thought it would be a good idea to go ahead and get this taken care of.

Emergency service required after my company vehicle had issues. Saul was great and I experienced prompt service and it was reasonably priced. Saul even gave me a discount for being a Firestone credit card holder!

On 11/20/2025, I stopped into the Firestone at Four Corners. Being new to the area I did not know what to expect. I was warmly and professionally greeted by Saul, the shop manager. He checked me in and was patient and kind to explain and assured me that his team would be able to fix my 2004 Toyota Camry as it was pulling to the right. He gave me an estimate and I took a short walk down the way for a cup of coffee. I received a phone call, In what seemed only a few minutes and he confirmed the estimate. Shortly thereafter I received another phone call that Saul told me that my car was ready. I found out that the mechanic that did the work on my car is named Derrek and He did a real number on my car because now it drives like a new car. So glad to know that I have a reliable honest and close
