Firestone Complete Auto Care

As a young woman, it can feel very intimidating to walk into such a male-dominated atmosphere, but one individual, mister Austin made this experience well worth it! He was very sweet, knowledgeable, and professional within his role and I personally wish that every automotive place had someone just like him! Unfortunately, I live two hours away, but if I were local, this location would be my to-go place just based off of the lovely customer service!

I was driving from California to Georgia then got a flat on the way back. Stopped in to this Firestone to check prices and service. Austin here went above and beyond expectations. From the time I came in to the time I left it took 45 min. I had stopped at a previous tire shop NOT a Firestone and they were price gouging me. I got a way better deal and was treated like a family member instead of a stuck person far from home with no option. I just wanted to thank you Austin. Firestone you have an amazing employee and a great staff. I feel like this review isn't enough.

I’ve been getting my cars serviced here for years and this review is long overdue! As a repeat customer it’s obvious that I am completely satisfied with the level of service I receive. Today I had some basic/routine services (oil change, tire balancing). All the guys are great - friendly, professional and knowledgeable! Austin today was exceptionally great as he explained in, terms that I can understand why the recommended service were needed. I feel a level of trust at this location and it’s because of the employees.

I was recommended here by my Dad (Army Vet) so he only goes to the best! This was my first service from them and Mr. Alex and Mr. Mark were great! My service did not take long at all and they were very detailed on what was taken care of and what needs to be taken care of next. I do recommend!

Today I had my 2019 GMC Acadia service for tire rotation, front wheel alignment and radiator flush. I was in and out in 2 hours. Mr. Alex and his crew are very professional, friendly and knowledge of the job. This is the best Firestone I have been to and I live in Texas and I've been with Firestone for 20 plus years. Great job well done Team Alex
