Firestone Complete Auto Care

Been to this Firestone many times. Service seems to always be mediocre. The last two times I dropped off my truck they never even called me to tell me it was ready. Each time I had to call them at the end of the day and it's "oh yeah it's been ready". Customer service is spotty in person, guys are out in the shop too busy cracking jokes and blasting music to attend to the customers up front. My experience with the services on my vehicle has been okay. They have fixed the issues but twice I've come back to a disgusting steering wheel and the muddy paper floor protectors left in my vehicle. Overall it's a mediocre Firestone location who's employees could use some more training and then maybe it could be an acceptable shop.

I came in on a Saturday for an alignment and expected to wait all day, but Patrick and his team were on top of things! I had just gotten some front end work done previously, and the team noticed there was some play in one of the wheels. Patrick showed me the issue and asked permission to take a look and tighten things up for me. I truly appreciate that since it was a safety issue. He was honest ,professional, and very helpful. He and his entire team were professional and efficient. I will drive further to come to this Firestone from now on because of the excellent customer sevice I received there. I will tell all my friends about this location. Thanks guys!

On Thursday 2/12/26, I visited Firestone due to a heater hose that snapped apart near the firewall due to severe corrosion. Your Technician Shon'dre, took a look at my issue and suggested the least expensive alternative of joining the existing hoses with a coolant connector would rectify the problem. Once the part came in, Shon'dre went straight to work. Shon'dre was professional, very patient with me and my truck, answered questions and explained èverything he did once the job was complete. Shon'dre was so thorough and informative that I just knew I would make my 3 hour drive to Dallas without a hitch. Service Advisor: Blake also displayed a high level of professionalism. I’ve been a loyal Firestone customer for years, using their tires on several vehicles without issue. This time, I opted for the Firestone Indy 500 tires, which I’ve always liked. The customer service was excellent, but when I picked up my car, all four rims were damaged. Fortunately, I had taken thorough photos of the car, including the workshop in the background. The manager acknowledged the damage and arranged for a specialist to repair the rims, which has turned into a frustrating process. In summary, while Firestone offers great products, the quality of their workshop service is lacking. If you care about your rims, think twice before handing over your car.

I had the pleasure of working with Josh through this process. Stressful because no one wants to have to go through vehicle repairs but Josh stepped in took over and put my mind at ease. He gave me constant updates went above and beyond to make sure sure my stressful situation was the best. Thank you just isn’t enough.
