From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. They took the time to explain the process, handled my Tesla with top-level care, and delivered flawless results. It’s rare to find a team this professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to great customer service. I CANNOT say enough good things about Erik and Anthony (new Erik with a K not to be confused with old Eric) at the Covington, WA location. My past experiences at this store sent me to other shops for work. In a bit of a bind, I sent my son’s car here after he blew a tire, the lower control arm and CV axle - honestly just because they’re close to home, they work longer hours and more days than other shops around. My expectations were low. Then came Erik! Holy smokes, he is amazing to work with. When I called to check on the car 2 days after it was towed there, Erik was patient and kind. He apologized for the car sitting and graciously asked me to bring him up to speed. At the time, the car also wasn’t starting. Everyone was really accommodating. No one talked down to me(Im a female who knows a little about basic mechanics, but still couldn't tell you the difference between a flange or a fluxcapasitor). Though I also appreciated them being financially considerate with me. I will be back next paycheck to finish the other work they recommended. I have in the past lost trust with another Firestone(Tukwila), but this one in Covington has helped me slowly gain that trust back. I also appreciated the manager and the staff, it was a great site to see as well that there are females and males working together in and out of the shop. But the manager(I think she was manager, poor thing had a boot on from some injury), but she multitasked, stayed composed and was proactive in helping customers & Employees. Al

Do not recommend this location. My issue first began with mounting my wheels and scheduling an alignment. I called prior to bringing my car in - explained I wanted my new wheels mounted and have an alignment completed after. When I arrived that morning, the employee asked to look at the wheels. I was told, “wheels won’t fit” and he proceeded to lecture me about “correct size of wheels” and need for winter tires… anyway, ended up mounting and getting my alignment done else where. Few weeks later, I called to have them reprogram my tire pressure monitor sensors… I was told they’re busy and asked me to come in Tuesday morning to drop my vehicle off. When I came in Tuesday morning, the employee then explains their machine is not working and would have to “call back later” to check when machine

Service was really exceptional. Candace and team are really very nice and explained my needs (services needed on my 12 year old car) as to how urgent it will need to be addressed. Didn’t pressure me into spending too much (this is relative, I know) and I appreciate that. Shout out to Katie who explained to me what is causing the squealing noise in my brakes and about how my lights are affected and what not. Very pleased with the services. Thank you!!!!!
