Everyone at Jiffy lube Covington was very friendly, knowledgeable and hard working! John did a fantastic job on my brakes. I came back at the time we discussed and he took my car right away. Excellent customer service! The price was very reasonable and I appreciate John working with me. I had a great experience and highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Covington.

I really appreciate the help from Sydney , Christian , and Torres today. Wasn’t busy when arrived, and from past experiences workers tend to rush to get me out quickly which is great , but typically the customer service aspect is forgotten. Today was different!!! Sydney greeted me very well and was well spoken with information from the jump. Torres and Christian immediately came out greeted and when through the task with confidence and communication. I can not stress enough that seeing young individuals work with integrity and great attitudes is what this community needs. I will be sending my family and friends their way moving forward. The team was efficient, knowledgeable, and actually cared about doing things right—not just rushing me out the door. In and out with great service and zero stress. This place is great! They are quick and friendly! I don’t know what’s going on with my blinker but they were so kind to have a look at it! They also let me know that my back brake light was out. Looks like it’s holding water 😭 not what I wanted to hear but they worked on it either way. John is super friendly and was a huge help! I’m getting ready for a road trip, glad they set me up nicely for it! Thanks John and team at Jiffy Lube!

I brought my car in for an oil change and had them look in my brakes. I found everybody there extremely pleasant and helpful. John, in particular was very kind in taking the time to explain in detail what my car needed, run quotes, and discuss best practices. I ended up bringing my car back another day to take care of the repairs. Everyone was very kind and worked hard to take care of my car. Special thanks to John!
