Above-and-beyond Sunday save—kind, fast, and fair! On Sunday (1/11/26 ~4:30 pm), our back left tire split after leaving Moody Gardens, and we had no spare. We found Firestone in League City Towne Center (1831 Gulf Fwy), and they were incredible. They located the only tire that fit my car within 75 miles; a tech jumped in his own vehicle to drive 20 minutes to get it before closing. The manager was calm, kind, and transparent about options and pricing, even pitching in on the tire removal while we waited. They gave us a discount and had us back on the road in under an hour. Genuine care + competence—can’t recommend this team enough!

The service and wait times were absolutely unacceptable. I went in there because I knew my front brake pads needed to be replaced. I decided to try Firestone and it was an awful decision I won’t ever make again. They quoted me over $500 to replace my front brake pads only. That is severely overpriced but I was already there and my car was already up in the air with its wheels off, so I okayed the work. Then 3 hours later when my car was finished he said I owed now over $600. Asking where he got this outrageous number from he said that they also had to end up replacing the rotors. I was never asked or told anything about this prior to work being completed. I also know from my mechanic that I was just at a month ago that my rotors are fine. Alan was amazing! Brought my car in for a tire repair, he said that the nail was too close to the wall and I needed a new tire but it was not in my budget to buy one since I’m 7hrs away from home lol. He fixed her right up, put his time and effort into it so i didn’t have to buy a whole new tire! Amazing customer service, definitely recommend!

- this is an update to my review which has already been read by 165 people. This Firestone gives a standard reply for me to contact them at some email address and to tell them my issues. My issues were very clearly articulated in my original review with pictures. If you really cared about getting better you would reach out to me. You have all of my contact info. It's in the computer. You just don't care and this is your way of making it look liked you are doing something about it. Start with removing the ad that is three months out if date saying you are donating to Wounded Warrior. I'm going to be very honest. Very rude and unprofessional man from this location name Justin the store manager. It's ashamed to be in a leader position and speak the way this man did to me. Disrespectful and angry. Keep your emotions in check and do not reasoned with the customer. No one cares about what you think.. You should listen to what the customers perspective is and fix the issue. Your opinion does not matter when you act and speak the way you did. DO YOUR JOB RIGHT AND TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER! That's it! Worst behavior..
