Had my valve cover gasket replaced at Firestone and couldn’t be happier with the service. The staff was really friendly and professional, and they didn’t take longer than expected. Everything went smoothly, and they explained what they were doing along the way. I really appreciated how efficient and honest everyone was. Great experience overall

I came in for an oil change and realized my tires was at a dangerous place needing those as well. Oh and not only did I have unseen issue but two other females. He was very very patient with each of us making sure we were happy and satisfied. The lady waiting with me says please put something in there for me !!! He has been very patient and helpful!! Now we feel safe and pleased. Thanks to him and a big shout out to him and the team that worked with him tonight💗

Had an amazing experience at Firestone today! The staff assisted in completing my oil change and even put a lightbulb in for me as a courtesy. They also gave me quotes on tires and recommendations of some things i need to do to keep my ol girl on the road. I would highly recommend this location for services on your vehicles. I will certainly be back!

The guys working there were very nice/great customer service. They did my tire alignment service in a decent amount of time. I did have to wait longer than expected for a cabin air filter, but they made up for that by doing the service on the house. I really appreciated that. I’ll definitely come back to do any other car service I may need in the future.

Unprofessional staff at front counter. Stayed on personal phone while helping customers. Was told 1 hour for oil change because only one tech working. I came in at 930 and didn’t leave until 12:00. Many other customers complaining while I was waiting. While I was waiting I learned a lot of the guy working personal business that I didn’t care to hear about along with unprofessional language. They seem to need more staff and to be trained to be professional while on the job. I wouldn’t recommend going here and the only reason I give 2 stars because of the coupon they offer for oil changes.
