I had a great experience getting my truck repaired. The team was professional, honest, and kept me informed through the whole process. They also helped work with my extended warranty so most of the repair was covered, which I truly appreciate. Special thanks to Jay for going above and beyond to help me out and make everything smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service and quality work. Highly recommend! And I promise I’ll bring you guys coffee and pastries as soon as I recover from my surgery. Just give me 2 weeks and I’ll be able to drive.

I got $10 off my purchase to write this review. Obviously, writing a review in front of an associate makes people want to write a nice review, so take these with a grain of salt. I bought new tires and had them installed. The technician/front desk associate (a navy vet) helping me was nice and I have no complaints toward him. Overall, my experience at Firestone was ok. They were easy to schedule with by phone call (online scheduling doesn't work) and got the work done in 2 hours as promised. My complaint is that this place feels very corporate and profit driven, and next time I will chose a local tire shop instead. The waiting area was unpleasant, seats are pushed all the way together and there is a TV blaring unpleasant advertisements. Before you check out you have to click through a b

I stopped by to get my battery changed and they were so busy I had to wait along time but they were super kind and are getting me in for my other issues this coming week. I'm happy with their treatment. They were very nice fitting me in when I didn't have appointment for my battery.

Hands down amazing service! Arrived to Duluth on a 2 night vacation with a flat tire, weekend before Christmas. They were the only tire service in area that would take my vehicle. I had it towed on Sunday to Firestone. I spoke with an employee Tim to let him know of my situation, with hope they could fit my tire repair/plug&seal before my hotel check-out next day Monday. Tim guaranteed it would be done by Tuesday and made notes of my request to be done earlier then later. I was so very grateful to receive a call Monday morning by 8am from another team member Jay saying they saw the note and was able to repair my tire right away upon opening. Had fantastic first class service by Jay one of the managers. My son's car started acting wierd while vacationing in Duluth MN All of the dash board lights came on and it locked up and died. Got a referral to call this Firestone location and Jay handled everything for us. Thankyou thankyou for helping stranded toursists.
