Firestone Complete Auto Care

I’ve been going to Firestone for years and I’ve never really had any bad experiences. I’m always greeted with great customer service and my car is always well taken care of. Recently, I’ve had to come twice for tire issues and both times I would be greeted by Sam, who’s just so warm and kind. His customer service is superb and always ensure that I’m aware of the issue and taken care of. He also always thank the customers for their patience as the wait can be pretty long. However, I rather have a long wait knowing that my car will be handled with care and the issue fixed, than to have quick service and the issue isn’t fixed. Great job Sam and the Firestone team!

Dear Firestone Customer Care, I’m writing to raise concerns about the service at your location. Key points: Date: Drop-off 21FEB2026; follow-up 22FEB2026. Staff: Sam (customer service attendant). Summary of events I dropped off my car at Firestone and spoke with Sam about alignment problems and wobbling/swerving at 50 mph. I asked for a diagnostic, which he said would cost $10. After about 30 minutes, Sam called and listed problems from the diagnostic: bearings, swivels, bushings, and other parts were worn and needed replacement. He said fixing these would address the alignment, and he provided additional recommendations for shocks and tire replacements. I called Sunday morning to have the shocks replaced as well. At 5:30 pm, 30 minutes before closing, I was told the car was fixed. My

From the moment I walked in, he was professional, patient, and made sure I understood exactly what was going on with my vehicle no pressure, no confusion, just honesty and great service. It’s refreshing to work with someone who treats you with respect and follows through on what they say. Sam made a stressful situation feel smooth and handled, and that speaks volumes. I scheduled an appointment for the alignment on my truck. After 1 1/2 hours I saw my truck being pulled out into the parking lot, so I assumed it was done. I waited another 15 minutes thinking they would eventually tell me it was done. I never heard anything and eventually went up to the front. I have a lifetime alignment on this truck, so all I need is the keys. My truck was done and nobody decided to tell me. No big deal. It's done and I'm out of there. As soon as I start driving down the road I realize the alignment isn't fixed, but it's worse than when I brought it into them.
