Had my tire replaced from start of call to Firestone to end of payment I was really happy lady at desk was great and knowledgeable.To a really great manager he was great with input on what to buy honest with price. Technician was fast with my replacement didn't waste any of my time I will be back here 100%. And let all friends know about my experience here .Have a customer for life. I did my inspection here few weeks ago but the technician who did my inspection he didn't clean the windshield and put the new stickers over the old glue and leaves the residues on my dash and it looks horrible. This is no professional. Firestone you better get professional technicians.

Great experience Sunday afternoon. Got 4 new tires and an alignment. Truck was taken in at the scheduled appointment time and done within an hour. It's nice to see a place actually take you in on your assigned time and get the job done. Will definitely use them again!
