Every time I’ve gone in, they’ve taken great care of me without pressure or unnecessary add-ons. I’ve also visited America's Tire and Les Schwab Tire Centers in Folsom, and unfortunately my experience was the opposite — higher prices and constant upselling. I never felt the same level of professionalism or transparency that I get at Firestone. I have been coming to Firestone for some time now for tires. Today I came in for more mechanical work to be done. The assistance from Ben, and Dan was superb. The real magic was with Art, he was informative and honest. He helped me to truly understand the trucks issues. He quickly fixed the issues, and the truck is back up and running.
