I've been using this location for a long time, and honestly the service is always good because of the service manager. He has been the long standing employee since I've used this location, and he's a real straight shooter. Very knowledgeable, very respectful way of speaking. I've never felt like he is trying to upsell me anything, but when he recommends something I truly consider it because I know he's genuinely trying to help me. I'll keep using this location as long as he's there! I hope Firestone management ensures he's being well compensated, he's a treasure.

My experience at Firestone was unfortunately disappointing, largely due to my interaction with James. I came in for an inspection on one specific issue with my car, but the conversation quickly turned into a long list of additional “recommended” services, most of which were completely unnecessary. When I later showed the invoice to another dealership, they actually laughed and pointed out that one item James quoted me nearly $900 for wasn’t even a real repair. James was friendly and personable at first, but over the phone his tone became noticeably hostile when I reiterated that I only wanted the original issue addressed. I've had great service there. James is really good with customer service. Get good information about my car and what is going on after whichever the service is I'm getting. Purchased my tires there and was in for my tire rotation, which is complimentary, provided you rotate as recommended. Great incentive.

These guys are great. Had my tires replaced in November and they were extremely professional and courteous. Offering suggestions for the longevity of the vehicle and did not try to upsell or pull one over on me. For as long as I live in Fayetteville I plan on getting all preventative maintenance done here.

I had such a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care! The team here is always professional, efficient, and super friendly. A special shoutout to James Garner; he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and explained clearly. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. The rest of the staff were just as awesome; knowledgeable, helpful, and kind from start to finish.
