Service was great but it would have been 5 stars had the TV would have worked. For having to wait with nothing to watch wasn't that pleasant. I also would have LOVED if there was coffee. It looks like at one point there was a spot for it but no longer there. Jiffy Lube has fresh coffee waiting for there customers , plug outlets didnt work so i wasn't be able to charge my phone. Its the hospitality in businesses that should be presented to customers. Especially during cold seasons EVERYONE loves coffee.

I’ve been waiting for over two hours !!! for a quick oil change and tire rotation…appointment was 11am and still waiting at 1pm !!! I can see my keys and my truck is ready…but no one has told me yet…I can see techs playing with a RC car !!! not coming back for sure…we have more things to do and that’s why I put an appointment but still waiting…

If Great Customer Service matters to you Firestone Complete - Forney is the place you’ll want to go! 💯 I highly recommend this shop for all automotive repair needs! Mike and the service manager were very knowledgeable and took time to make sure I understood exactly what was needed to properly repair my truck. As I sat and waited for my inspection I observed the courtesy and genuine caring that Mike and others showed with each and every customer ~ even the ones who called in to ask questions or schedule a service appointment. Oh…and they even provided great DISCOUNTS for nearly all repairs! Honest, friendly service you can trust…can’t beat that!

Went in for inspection, and all four wheels brakes. Really appreciate that they are open late on weekends as I brought my truck in late on a Saturday. They were able to complete all repairs. By using their website, it was able to get a discounted email to use on the repairs. Service was quick. I've been driving around for a couple of weeks now after the repairs and everything turned out perfect. This is my first visit, but it won't be my last.

I’ve been a Firestone customer for many years. On Sunday March 1st 2025, I took my vehicle in for an oil change and told them my car needed coolant. I was told that they do not top off the fluids in your car. I asked the guy when did they start doing that and asked where can I get the coolant added. He mumbles under his breath “I don’t know. auto zone or something” I’ve never had my oil changed and they didn’t top off the fluids. That’s usually a basic complementary service. I dropped my car off and later I showed him the Firestone website where it says topping off fluids was apart of the company’s full service oil change that includes a 19 - point inspection with a top off of essential fluids. I was told that I would receive a call from a manager to explain why they couldn’t do it. I ne
