3 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. Staff moved with zero sense of urgency or motivation to get the job done in a timely manner. Absolutely zero consideration for the time taken from their clients as if we don’t have things to do. Would not recommend this branch for their service at all

The work was done correctly and within a reasonable amount of time. The tires were in stock, so no ordering and waiting on them. Was greeted and served by a pleasant young man. I will definitely return for tires on my other vehicle, which needs them soon.

I brought in my vehicle for a diagnostic at the Firestone on Tank Battalion Ave. at 0800 in the morning. At around 2:40pm I was told there was only one person performing diagnostics, and that it was going to take a while before they got to my vehicle, so I continued to wait. At 4pm I was then told that they were not going to be able to look at my vehicle, because of unpredictable things that fall apart, I was also told that they were still working on vehicles from the day prior. So as a customer that has been to this Firestone location on multiple occasions for repairs and maintenance, I was highly upset, that they would treat a customer this way.
