Nice location with reliable service. Staff is nice but need to work on fixing the schedule better. Even with tire road hazard warranty, you’ll need to pay almost $100 out of pocket. The staff is courteous and technician seems providing genuine service.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided to me. The manager at the store, Jeff, went out of his way to ensure that my daughter's car was in excellent shape prior to her driving back to college. He even told me the items that I did not need to purchase . . . which I genuinely appreciated (and is rare, I think, in the service business). I will definitely use this Firestone branch for all of my auto needs going forward. And I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff and this Firestone branch to anyone should they have any automotive needs.

The staff at this location always do a wonderful job. They take care of everything and also have a great attitude. Ty, Cameron, and Brandon have been the main individuals I've interacted with and they are always awesome.
