🚗🚗. 2 cars I want to start by saying that the staff was pleasant enough, so this review is not about the people, it's about the disregard for any reasonable service timeframe and the lack of basic customer communication. I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM for a wheel alignment. I understood it was a drop-off, so I arranged other appointments around it, adjusted my morning, and fully expected that dropping the car off first thing would mean it would be among the first vehicles worked on. Reasonable assumption, right? Maybe not such a good assumption. When I returned and checked on the status of my car I found that it had not even been pulled into the bay yet, and it was already 9:40 AM. This is the place I will take my vehicle....they are very honest and I trust them. Also, it is so nice when you have someone like Lisa in the front helping customers!!! She is so sweet and always goes above and beyond to help!!! And very fair pricing!

First off, props to the guy working at the front desk, super nice and super professional. My issue is not with the customer service, the issue is with the staffing. I scheduled an appointment online for 8:30, so get there at 8:15 so it’s there before my appointment time, get there and get told that their morning guy isn’t there, ok no big deal, but then the guy that comes in at 9 has a broken hand and may not be able to do it, again understandable, life happens, so I’m told may end up having to wait until 10 to see if there’s anything open for them to do it today. Again, I understand life happens, however when you have peoples contact information and this information is known beforehand, why not idk call them and inform them that they are short staffed and see if they can reschedule, OR ca

Every time I deal with the Fuquay-Varina Firestone it is hassle free. Easy in easy out... The customer service lady is so helpful and polite and respectful. She really goes above and beyond. A++ I just wish I could remember her name to make sure she gets all the kudos! Hats off to you, I always leave with a smile.

I had a great experience at Firestone thanks to the manager, Joshua. He was professional, straightforward, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain what my car needed without trying to upsell anything, and made sure everything was done quickly and correctly. Super friendly, great customer service, and someone who clearly cares about doing the job right. Definitely recommend this location—Joshua made the whole experience stress-free.
