Even though it was almost closing time, I decided to stop by and I’m so glad I did! Everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. The customer service was outstanding. I work in customer service myself, so I truly pay attention to how people handle situations and I was amazed by how Alex and Mr. Garry Goodman managed the entire transaction. High-quality tires, warranty up to 70,000 miles, and very fair pricing. That combination is hard to find! Even though I had somewhere to be, I took a moment to share this because great service deserves recognition. From now on, this is my tire shop and yes, all my friends and family will be coming here too

Eddie is an amazing person to deal with. Super helpful, super friendly. Great at his job. Give this man a raise, he knows his stuff big time and is an outstanding face for Firestone in Gainesville. Eddie and Justin were fantastic. Helped my disabled veteran father get his car repaired plus they went above and beyond. Also helped us with some tire issues that could have been catastrophic. Great men and great service.
