Firestone Complete Auto Care

One of the services I received was an oil change. The oil was not topped off correctly (just below the low line). The technician did not reset my oil meter on the dash, nor did he give me new sticker to indicate when the next oil change should be.The time I waited for the services received, with an appointment, I should have received better service. However, the technician was nice and pleasant when speaking with him.

Emma provided top tier customer service!! This facility was very clean!!! Andrew and Emma were wonderful.

Emma was very nice & patient with me! Her customer service skills are out of this world! She made me feel at ease when I brought my car to them & assured me they were going to help me the best they could! I do see myself coming back again in the future!!

Horrible management dives off every good employee they get. Has potential to be a good location if they can just properly manage it. I literally saw them sell people parts that were just replaced properly functioning parts. Find a reputable mechanic and use them not the shop, unless they work at a good privately run shop that employs honest mechanics.

The employees in Gastonia NC are very awesome. Omg Mary at the front desk is awesome, very patient and explains everything very well. About 4 customers in the lobby just had the same view of MARY'S exceptional customer satisfaction abilities.
