Had a really great experience! Jamie and his team were able to quickly get my vehicle in and assess the conditions of the tires and brakes. They even worked late to take care of my vehicle and make sure that I could get on the road the next day.

Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate conduct from management. After 18 days of no response from corporate, the store manager accused me of ‘harassing’ him simply for following up about unresolved charges. I raised reasonable concerns about charges added after a vehicle issue involving incorrect fuel. Instead of handling it professionally, the store manager escalated the situation emotionally, raised his voice, and claimed I “cost him $600.” He repeatedly framed the situation as though he was “trying to make me happy,” then attempted to deflect criticism by offering a free oil change. That is not customer service. That is damage control. I clearly stated in writing that I require communication by email, and this was ignored. Donnie (Store Manager) and his team went above and beyond making sure my car issues was fixed and I was completely satisfied with the results. Started the morning with the sinking realization that we needed new tires immediately. We of course went to the nearest tire store and they did not have our tires, we went to the next closest and they also did not have our tires. We finally called Firestone and while they also did not have the tire size that was originally on the car they were the first place to recommend switching to a slightly larger tire that still fits and was available today for a fraction of the price that we were quoted at other stores for the original size tires that would still need to be ordered in. Service was quick, efficient and professional. I also appreciated that they did not push us to purchase services that we did not need.

We had a great experience with this shop. They delivered excellent service and even at closing. We were from out of town and had bad tires that needed replaced immediately and they took excellent care of us. I highly recommend this shop.
