ZERO STARS. TURN AROUND BEFORE YOU REGRET IT. I went to Firestone in Georgetown for brakes, rotors, and a back tire patch. Hours later I’m good to go. Hours after that? Giant clunking on the highway until it randomly stops. My husband is a new driver, so thank god I was in the car. We head back to Firestone immediately and wait two hours while they take a look until they come back with nothing. Okay? The next day I wake up to a tire pressure alert with my front driver side tire at a 15 psi. I call and am told it’s just a sensor and to calm down. I decide to go to Firestone in Round Rock on east settlers and shout out to some REAL technicians that know what they’re doing because they found the giant slash in the tire that was caused by a tool that they left to hold the caliber up that cause

The team there worked hard and diligently to fix my truck, even though I had to bring it back several times, and they were amazingly pleasant and understanding with my frustrations. Then, on top of that, they covered items that were not covered by their service warranty that I should have paid for. I am forever grateful; if they had not been so diligent, I would have lost the engine in my truck. This Georgetown crew is first class.

I went to this location to get my brakes fixed and I met with Joey Henson. A very knowledgeable employee who guided me through the process. I learned a lot about my vehicle and got the best most affordable option to get my car fixed in a timely manner. He was very professional very helpful and I’m really glad I went here and was treated right. Things got done fast and it was affordable and I’m just so glad for the help I had. Extremely appreciative of the situation and I will definitely go back here and recommend all my friends to such a wonderful place. Thank you, Joey Henson

Chris, how did I call you at 0716 this morning to express what was wrong with vehicle, for you to tell me, not only was I wrong but the vehicle started fine and there were no error codes on my dash. Explain how I pick my vehicle up at 1805 and it doesn’t start and guess what? THE ERROR CODE IS STILL ON THE DASH. Enjoy your day off tomorrow. I expect a clear explanation Friday.
