Firestone Complete Auto Care

Never time to do any thing at this place. I have been to this location 5 times and never got any waork done on my care. They work by appointment only I guess. They ask every time when can ee schedule you no matter what you need. All i needed this time was for some one to look at my tire. Because the lifht came on and they vibrate some. This was the last time i will be coming here.

Have used Firestone many times over the years. Good discounts with the Firestone card. They also give a military discount. Lifetime alignment a great value. Always have a deal on tires. Staff very friendly. We had oil change, tire rotation and alignment, coolant system flush, wipers, and engine air filter. Fair price. Good communication as to when work finished. No place is perfect but they have always done right by us.

I called and spoke with Jason Palmer and needed my battery replaced and it was under warranty. Jason totally understood my situation and was very kind and professional to help me the very same day. He was able to work me in a short amount of time even though they had a busy schedule. I appreciated Jason’s and his teammate mechanic Roger’s effort to get my truck back on the road with a new battery. A great experience!! This is why I will always come back to Firestone!

I was able to make a next day appointment for balance, rotate, and alignment. I really thought my Wrangler was out of line but when I picked it up they said it was good and didn’t charge me. This was a plus for the hubs who thinks these places always try to do add ons. Gave a 4 only because they didn’t take my girl into the bay until 11 and my appointment was at 9. Fortunately I wasn’t there waiting on it but was on a schedule for travel. We will do business here in the future.

Caden was exceptional with his Customer Service. He was very kind, thorough and professional in sharing with me everything that needed to be addressed. I did not feel pressured in any way.He even set me up with a chair outside to wait because it was such a beautiful day! I am a returning customer and these kind people are the reason why. I will remain A loyal customer with Firestone in Goose Creek.
