I definitely recommend taking your vehicle to Firestone for any kind of maintenance. They have excellent customer service and they really show that they care for their customers. They go above and beyond when helping their customers. My son is Autistic and he was so comfortable talking to them and just being himself around them. I can't say enough nice things about Firestone. They are so amazing!! Thank you for everything that you do!

My daughter had just moved to Great Falls the day before and her alternator went out. I am 1000 miles away and was trying to arrange a repair on Saturday. I was able to contact Fred there at the store and work with him and get the truck towed there right away. The complexity of the repair meant it was going to have to be done starting Monday. Fred kept me in the loop and let me know what they would be doing and how soon to expect updates etc. My daughter had an interview for a job and school starting Tuesday morning and Fred was working to get finished asap. He and the mechanic stayed late on Monday to be sure she had her truck back and everything was working right. I really appreciate Fred and the technician there for all they did to take care of my daughter and get her going as quic

Gave me exactly what I asked for with no pressure or attempts to upsale me into higher priced items. Did safety check on car for free, all fluids belts lights battery and washer system. Notified me of the couple of small things noticed during inspection. Once again no pressure to get the things done just letting me know they needed attention in the future. Completed the work in the time frame that was given even though I was a walk in customer without a appointment. Very satisfied and will definitely do business there with my other vehicles in the future.

Popped in needing an alignment since I got new tires at a shop that was booked out. They took the alignment in without batting an eye as we waited. Service was fast and excellent. Recommend checking out this location for any auto services you might need 10/10

I came in this morning because I noticed that all four of my tires looked low, I had them swapped out last week at tire-rama. It was supposed to be a straight forward full set swap the tires were already on the rims. The conclusion is the air pressure was probably never checked when they were put on last week. Needless to say great technicians at Firestone diagnosed the problem fixed it and let me know if there was anything else to come back and that I will be, actually they will be the only tire shop in Great Falls.
