Firestone Complete Auto Care

My family usually use this shop for our auto needs. Today, we did not end up having our car serviced here but it is worth mentioning Mike W., the manager who had been very professional and customer friendly. He was able to multi-task and his team seemed to truly respect him! They run like a great oiled machine even when the crowd was a little crazy! I will definitely come back to this Firestone.

They have a representative Johnathan he was extremely helpful. Explained things very clearly no smoke and mirrors. Very genuine and sincere. I will definitely use Firestone again. The entire experience was great and I was very thankful that the job was done promptly and in a timely manner and I got my car back the very next day was important to me because I do Uber for a living and That to me meant a lot as well.

Took my wife’s 1998 Ford Ranger to this location, for a front alignment, at the end of Dec 25. This is a one owner truck. The technician that was assigned to do this work is a gentleman named Al. He completed the “shake test” and identified a number of issues with the front end. This truck is 27 years old so I was not surprised that it needed lots of replacement parts. Al took my under the truck and pointed out the defective parts. The store manager, Michael, then worked with me to find the necessary parts at the best possible prices. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and superior customer service that everyone at this location exhibited during all of my interactions. I have subsequently driven this truck about 300 miles. Drives like a new truck. Thank you Al an

Went to this location due to a blown tire. They told me it would be X amount. The next day when I went to pick it up it was 70 dollars more. I stepped out of line to move some money around since it was more then I was told. When I was helped again the guy said "I just spoke to the guy who helped you and he said it was Y amount" oh so now Im a liar? If he only told me it was Y amount then how did I know the exact price for the tire, if he never said that number? Am a psychic and a liar? The price is the price but dont call me a lair when youre the one who lied. And then when I did get my car they left their plastic and trash in it. On top of all that they didnt even bother to fill up the other tire with air as is their policy. Awful customer service.

I had a great experience with Jonathan at Firestone! He took the time to show me different tire options, let me get a feel for the ones I was considering, and helped me make the right choice. The whole process was quick and smooth — he ordered everything right away, kept me updated throughout, and was super helpful and pleasant to work with. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Definitely stole my business from Tire Kingdom and I’ve been going to them for about a decade!!
