I came in for a simple oil change, and even though the wait was much longer than expected, Anna C made the experience so much better. She was friendly, energetic, and genuinely helpful the entire time. Her great attitude and strong knowledge really stood out and turned a long wait into a pleasant visit.

DO NOT GO TO FIRESTONE. I brought my truck in for a tire change and rotation. Waited for 4 hrs for them not complete or call because they wanted to charge me $1000 for lug nuts. And on top of it all, banged the front of my truck. Incident happened 4 weeks ago, no update on claim. Customer service absolutely sucked, from the associate all the way to the manager Britni. Worst experience ever.

I had such a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Hilo today! Junior was the customer service representative who helped me, and he was incredibly friendly, fast, and efficient. He explained everything clearly, offered helpful information, and even gave me a discount for a future service. His kindness and positive attitude truly supported me in having a great day. Anne Crabtree assisted me both checking in and checking out today. She was very helpful and friendly. I’ve been a customer at this location for over 15 years and am happy with the direction it is going. When I call, someone always answers the phone now. This was a problem many years ago. I’ve also found the wait times are less, scheduling is easier, and the staff is very respectful. Thank you for providing excellent service.

Positive experience! Great Customer Service Representatives, upon arrival Junior helped me, I asked him to look up my previous history and help me with what I might need. After my Service Anna C., was extremely helpful in going over future needs in order of urgency! She highlighted what needs to be addressed ASAP! 🙏🏼 Having a Firestone Credit Card makes future servicing of my car convenient! I highly recommend this facility. Great Customer Service, waiting area has great lighting, Tv if you choose to watch, I was able to work and be productive while I waited for my car! You might consider a beverage vending machine!
