Firestone Complete Auto Care

Excellent and very fast service. I got a great new set of tires. The workers stayed past closing to get the job done. Andrew was incredibly helpful and friendly. This now my place to go for car service.

I stopped into Firestone yesterday after I drove over some glass in the parking lot on my way to a nail appt. They were so kind and not only checked my tires for me but they also topped off my fluids as a complimentary service. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

Purchased a set of take off tires from Jesse at this location and my customer experience was excellent. Jesse not only gave me accurate pricing and timelines, he also helped me carry the tires to my car. Overall my experience with the Manchester store and Jesse was awesome and I would choose here again.

Xander was awesome , he took care of me on the spot! I asked for washer fluid expecting to buy a bottle and do it myself, he came to my car and filled it up in 2 minutes !

This particular Firestone isn't very good. I called for a front tires for my van. The customer service person looked up my account. I told him which tires I specifically want which are the tires I always get and is on my account history. I asked him if he had them in stock to which he said yes I have tires. I went a half hour out of my way to get there. The customer service rep did not greet me. He had me waiting extra 5 or 6 minutes while he played on his computer. Then he told me he doesn't have my tires in stock. I'm reminded him that I asked him directly over the phone to make sure that he had my tires in stock to which he responded I have tires that fit. He did not care about wasting my time. They just tried to get me in the store. He basically lied. He didn't care that he wasted my
