Andrew got me right in 10 minutes after a status check on how busy they were (Tuesday morning 8:30AM), difficult newer car, tight schedule, no problem. These guys always have my back.

I came back to Firestone because the staff has been great to work with. Initially took care of a low tire quickly. When I had to replace a tire they gave me good, sensible options. Would definitely recommend this store.

Jose was friendly and fair and everybody went out of their way to be helpful and make this trip affordable. I appreciated that a lot. I trust this particular location because of my many positive experiences with them over the years. I have been to other places, but nothing comes close to the Customer Service and quality of the work that is done here at this location. I’m a single older one and I need to be able to rely on and trust my mechanic and I do. This will be the only place I take my cars as long as I’m in the area :)

These guys were great to work with! I came to get a pre purchase inspection and Andrew got me in nice and quick. He gave me the peace of mind to know that the vehicle I was interested in was perfectly safe and had no major issues. While still highlighting the small things that could potentially be worked on. I would definitely recommend them to all my family 👍🏾

Andrew and hi team were amazing. They took care of my tire replacement, gave me a fair price on my lug nits and alignment as well as my tires. I left very happy and pleased . Had I done this at the dealership I normally go to for service I would have paid possible double . The car drive great .
