Firestone Complete Auto Care

Had such a great experience!! I needed a simple light bulb change after being unable to do it myself. The employee immediately changed it as soon as I got there. It was so quick. I was in and out with no issues. Definitely recommend!!

We had an emergency when trying to leave for Fl and the van wouldn't start. Called the Horseheads Firestone and talked to Jerry. Although appointments filled for the day he went out of his way to personally do a quick scan and determine the problem. Got me back on the road. Couldn't have asked for better or more timely service.

always so helpful! Got my car inspected and replaced my exaust with them in short notice and it was no problem!

Outstanding work by this team! Broke down on a Sunday and they got to work! Went the extra mile for us when we had to be home for military duty the next day! Highly recommend! Thank you all that were involved. (Jeremy, Zach, Chris)

I am so grateful for Jerry & His Team at Firestone (by the mall)! Whether it’s the last minute, I forgot my inspection was due or the Oh My goodness, I ran something over and now it’s sticking out my tire - they always always take care of me! I drive…ALOT which means more service, tires, etc and Firestone always comes in with great service and affordable products. Their knowledge and compassion goes above and beyond! Thank You!!
