Front desk (Josh & Robert) extremely easy to deal with, helpful, good sense of humor, excellent customer service, excellent communication keeping the customer informed of the status of their vehicle. Highly recommend this location. Been coming to this location for many years due to these 2 gentlemen & their honesty.

Had my valve cover gaskets replaced They did more damage Replacing it they still leak. They also did my oil change. Messed up my oil plug when. Changing oil messed up my oil pan It’s leaking heavily. Wasn’t before They replaced my radiator. My engine was clean was a small leak in one of my valve cover gaskets that they replaced.was told the other was close to leaking. They made it a bigger problem My heater and air-conditioning does not work anymore did before asked to speak to the district manager or regional manager, and apparently the district manager wouldn’t speak to me. The store manager wouldn’t help me They did damage to my truck. When they replaced my radiator, they didn’t clean nothing off. I had sludge all over the front of my engine from them dumping fluid in it. Very bad pla

Popped a tire on I64 from a massive pot hole. Live 2 hours away and they were closing in 5 minutes. They helped me out huge and changed the tire so I could go home. They are awesome!

If I could give this place 100 stars, I would. On Friday night, on a long car trip alone, I heard rattling underneath my car - it got worse the closer I got to my hotel in Huntington. When I got out & looked, I could see the metal plate underpinning was about to come off. Hotel employees recommended Firestone; it opened at 7 AM Saturday so I got there just before opening. The man who opened the store (shame on me, I didn't get his name) was polite, calm, and very assuring. When he heard me describe the problem, he said it could be taken care of right way; I could tell from his questions he knew exactly. He did the repair himself in less than half hour even before the mechanic on duty checked in. When I asked him how much I owed, he said he wasn't charging me anything. I cannot tell how m
