Firestone Complete Auto Care

I purchased an oil change. It turned out to be a big mistake. The next day I noticed that all the oil had leaked out. Its a $35000 truck. I will attempt to drive it back to Firestone to see if they can fix whatever they broke. ***update*** They fixed it and offered me a free oil change on my next visit. He said if the engine is damaged they will be responsible. I think its worthy of three stars, assuming theres no engine damage. Atleast they are attempting to make things right.

I can't say enough about the customer service at this location. Traveling from MN to Florida, the car died as we got into Jackson. Jeff hooked us up with a tow and was able to get us back on the road the following morning. From Jeff to the mechanics everyone was wonderful! Thank you for saving our vacation!!

I was travelling cross country with my son and his skid plate came loose and was dragging on the hwy. We found the nearest Firestone. Even though they were closed, they opened up, secured the skid plate and got is back on the road in under 30 min. Finest of Southern Hospitality. Thanks to the crew at Firestone in Jackson, TN. We made it home safe.

Super AMAZING service! The guys here were so helpful. We were traveling through and had a blowout. We had no idea how to deal with the warranty company and were not able to afford to get a new tire. It is very rare that you see integrity in a business these days, especially a national chain, but this crew treated us with such kindness. We had a flat tire on a Sunday morning and called around and found that they had one in stock so we drove the short distance to get there. They were very quick to get our car on a lift and let us know the condition of our existing tires and rotated them for us. Unfortunately, the only tire in stock in our size had a defect that made it unsafe. Instead of getting a $200 sale and passing a defective tire onto me, the gentleman that took care of us was upfront and honest about the entire situation.
