Firestone Complete Auto Care

Jason is rude, short with customers on the phone and hard to deal with so if you want good quality customer service you have to wait until hes not there and Jake is. Jason is the only reason I give 1 star. I feel like im burdening him everytime I get him when I call to set or check on a vehicle appointment or service so I will just wait until Jake is working from now on. Otherwise I would rate them 5 stars.(UPDATE) I emailed you the details but we are still pulling our company fleet away from Firestone in the Joplin area due to all the unprofessionalism and lack of service we just dont have time for. You never put in the request to our fleet to do the brake work so you had us waiting for nothing and wasted our company time.

We were stranded with a rental car where the rental company refused to send roadside assistance to fix the flat. However, they told us if WE took the tire to Firestone that they would pay to fix the flat. I was skeptical, but we couldn't have been more happy with the results. The tech Victoria was happy to help, listened to our plight, was familiar with the rental company process, and had us in and out and on our way in an hour or so. She even recommended some local restaurants to visit while we waited. We are VERY happy with the results, and thankful to Firestone for making a very stressful Sunday a positive experience!

I took my vehicle into the Joplin, Missouri locatio. for an issue including my AC not cooling and my engine running a little WARMER than usual. When I dropped it off I had to reiterate to Jayce that it was not overheating but running hotter than usual (210 range i stead of about 185 where it usually sits) He insisted that the AC not cooling and that issue were 2 separate issues. I disagreed and advised we believed them to be two symptoms of the one main issue as it started at exactly the same time. We were using an extended warranty. The next morning we got a call that the warranty wasn't paying for the diagnostics for overheating, that they ran the vehicle for 30 minutes and test drove it and it never overheated. I advised I NEVER said it was overheating and that I had told them it shoul

I would give more than five stars. These people are amazing. I get my tires here every year and this morning being so cold, and all my tires were very very low on air. I stopped at not one but two gas stations to use the air pumps to put air in my tires. One of the pumps did not do anything. The second pump only suck air out of my tires and I stopped at fire stone this morning hoping that they would be able to help me and they had no problem doing so and on top of that the lady that helped me she said you can always come here. so if you need tires or if your tires are low on air, these people will take care of you 100% great job Firestone keep it up!!!!!!!

I want to thank Jake, Jayce and Bryan at the Joplin location for taking such good care of me today. As a widow I need to feel I’m in good hands and can trust what I’m told. They will have all my future car maintenance 😊
