Firestone Complete Auto Care

We were on our way back from Colorado to Missouri when my tire blew. The fellas at this shop were super friendly/humorous and immediately ready to help us out close to closing time so we could make the trip back to Missouri safely with a good tire. While waiting we got to hang out with the dog Bear who was super friendly as well. I can’t thank these fellas enough and highly recommend their services!

I want to say positive things about this place, however we had an incident where someone forgot to put our lug nuts on properly and our tire fell off while driving it. After this incident we checked the other three tires and learned several lug nuts on each tire were not properly secured. We called Firestone, explained the situation, they offered to inspect it and did, they offered to do the labor for free however we were responsible for buying the parts that were damaged which was caused from the tire coming off. We did not accept this and felt we gave them the opportunity to correct this error and make it right. Drew is always helpful in getting me in and servicing my vehicles when I need an appointment. And shout out to Walter whose always first into work and completes his services quickly and efficiently. Thank you both for your assistance and hard work in getting me in and out this morning. I always have a great experience every time I do business with firestone at the 8th street service center. Also this will be my second visit this week to have the oil changed in my truck. I bring all my vehicles here to be serviced. Also note that Drew is exceptional cause even though my appointment wasnt till 0800 he called to inform me that I could come in earlier so I could get things done. He knows his customers and gives exceptional personal service other places dont.

Always a good experience here from the crew with exceptional customer service from everyone. Lars is always just a ray of sunshine and I feel like he kisses the homies goodnight. Drew is doing manager things well, Dakota always putting in the hard work, Wyatt always working faster than I expect, and little Juan tossing tires away professionally. I would name drop the whole staff but those are just the main ones I see when I go in. Overall 5/5

If I can give 0 star then I would. Well ! day before Christmas I left my car with them because there was problem with my starter. Later that day I got a call saying my starter was fine and so I requested them to check what’s wrong with my car since it was giving me problem to start. They said ok and come back a day after Christmas. I went to pick up my car and was expecting them to tell me what was wrong with my car. They did not have any answer. They charged me $130 for nothing. They said they checked my car and they were able to start my car with house key fob which was mind boggling. How in the world can a key fob start a car. They even scratched my front bumper and blamed it on me. I should have taken picture before I handed my car to them. Be careful before you go there. They will cha
