1 Star – Absolutely unacceptable service I had one of the worst service experiences I have ever had with an auto service company. Two days before my visit I called this Firestone location and scheduled an appointment to replace two tires. I clearly explained that I had a project to attend and could not be late, and they assured me the job would take about two hours. After 1 hour and 40 minutes, I returned to check on my car only to discover that no one had even started working on it. The car was just sitting there. When I raised the issue, only then did they finally begin the work. I paid for the full service package, expecting professional work. I stopped in on 12/21/25 without an appointment because my brake lights were out and I needed an oil change too. The team (Jacob, Jon, and another Gentleman I forgot to get his name) were incredibly efficient—they had the bulbs replaced and my brake light switch replaced and changed my oil and got me back on the road. I really appreciate their honesty and for not trying to upsell me on unnecessary work. They were also very kind to my 3 year old daughter. Thank you guys for helping this single mom out even though you all had a full schedule.

We had a flat on a Sunday in a loaner vehicle. Thank goodness Firestone was open. The wait was not long at all, and John was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all types of vehicles. He and my boyfriend chit chatted about all types of vehicles. There's not many places that you can go to where people actually enjoy their jobs, but when someone is friendly especially on a Sunday - I feel that they should be acknowledged. So thanks John at Firestone for making our experience great.

Blake was awesome! I brought my car in for a tire alignment and rotation late in the afternoon, and it was ready by 6 p.m. They also recommended a cabin air filter, which saved me time. Blake was professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive to customers. Keep up the great work, Blake!

Had an unexpected blowout on way into work. I received prompt service when I called and advised was needing to have my car towed to their location. They researched to let me know the tire wasn’t at their store but could have my car fixed later today.
