Firestone Complete Auto Care

I came in pretty late in the day after catching a flat tire, Jay at the front desk was very polite and got my car in the building quickly. The Mechanic who worked on the car Mr. Mike was extremely polite and quite funny, he was able to take my mind off the bad day I was having and made it a fair bit easier. I ended up buying 4 new tires a little over a week later and even while busy he still had a great attitude and pleasant demeanor. Thank you to the team at Firestone, thank you Jay and thank you Mike for such a pleasant experience.

Ron and team did an exceptional job with my car. They were in constant communication with me and patient when I needed to speak with my spouse to get some of their questions answered. The bathroom was cleaner than I've experienced before. You can tell the business is under new management that truly cares about the customer and providing great service!

I cannot thank the team at Firestone enough. I heard some squeaking from my brakes and had me concerned about them giving out. Also I had been noticing that my tires were making a humming noise. When I came into the store, I was greeted with a friendly hello and pleasant attitude. Jay at the front counter listened to my concerns and advised me on what he thought the issues might be. After a quick over look of my car, he determined that I needed new pads and rotors, new tires, as well as an alignment. He was very helpful and got me the best deal in town. IGNORED. I went inside and asked if I could have my tires aired up. The guy behind the counter was polite and said yes, park in front of Bay 2 or 3. So I parked in front of Bay 3. I sat for quite a while. Another woman drives up to Bay 2, guy in bay area, goes out immediately to air her tires up. I know he sees me sitting there, and I have been sitting there for a while, and walks back into the bay area. So, after she leaves, I move in front of Bay 2. Guy still ignores me. So I honk. I have a 2 part review. At the end of October i had work on my front break and both of my front axel rods. Service was great as well as costumer service. A few days later my car was hit by a deer. My insurance company offered local shops that weren't chains so Firestone was out. I selected a shop in pine mountain to fix the damage which included passenger side light system and the radiator. They fixed the damage but MAGICALLY may coil patch was now bad and my car was skipping like it was going to cut off. I called Firestone to see if they saw any kind of dame to the plugs when they did their work and i explained the situation.
