What a joke of a store attempted up charge on everything $109 to change a headlamp $400 for TMPS charge me for the synthetic that had no rebate/Did not offer the Pennzoil brand with a rebate Reminder sticker -just numbers Pictures of the tires…..enough said Wheel alignment, yeah can’t do it when I brought it in 2:30 Saturday and can’t do it on Sunday either, not even a sorry for the inconvenience. But let me tell you everything else we have time to up charge you for. If it was not for the tire warranty I would not have gone back. Harvey Firestone is doing flips in his grave.

Miguel and Firestone saved my day AGAIN! I work in Barrington though live in gurnee and twice when I got out of work at 6:30 my tire pressure was very low. I drove to Firestone and both times Miguel checked my tires put air in them and made me feel safe driving home! Thank you Miguel! Two months before my battery was trying to die. I drove immediately to Firestone where Miguel and Frank had the right battery . I was able to GET home without having to tow my car somewhere the next day. Fantastic wonderful people at a great place! Thank you!

Had to replace a tire with a slow leak that couldn't be repaired. OK. It had a sidewall nail, so that is legit. BUT, I was told that a lug nut bolt needed replacing because it wouldn't tighten up properly. It would take another hour that I didn't have so I said just put it on as you can. Didn't get it fixed at that time. Drove car. No noise, no wobble. Over time, I forgot about it. 6 mos later, I needed to rotate tires, remembered what Firestone said and went to another place to do the job. They said that a lug stud was stripped, and needed to be replaced. Said it comes from overtightening lug nuts with an air hammer and would cost $135.00 to remove and replace. I checked that out and that is the average charge for 1 hour's work anywhere. It is a time intensive job. Who knew?

Walter was great and very helpful explaining everything. I’ve had bad experiences at other shops and Walter put everything at ease. Very professional and didn’t beat around the bush. I got new breaks all around. Staff was very fast and the system you guys use is great. Sends updates, pictures, lets you know what your total is going to be before you come pick up the car. They called when it was ready and I mentioned my AC not working as well this summer and they were able to find the problem with my AC as well last minute. Highly recommend this shop. I will continue taking my Honda here.

Miguel gave us a great deal on our tires. The staff were friendly, professional, and worked quickly to get my tires replaced. He explained my options clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality tire service and fair pricing!
