This particular Firestone has been our "Go To" Service Center now for going on 5 years now... Trust is hard to come by these days and these Folks have been Great to us over the years. Footnote to which the Store is aware of from this most recent visit, which I'm not sure WHY the 1-1.5 hr. Wait time twice within the past week, when a confirmed appointment time is is made (Confirmed.) However, the work performed is ALWAYS Commendable and today's visit to replace a destroyed" $500+ tire was no exception. Commendable accolades to Daniel, the Service Tech, assigned to my Wife's new SUV! He does superb work and does it every time with a Great SMILE.!

I had an excellent experience at Firestone! The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring I was informed about the services for my car. They installed new tires and shocks, and I immediately noticed the improved handling and comfort. The alignment and balancing were done perfectly, making my car drive smoothly. I also appreciated their suggestion for windshield wiper upgrades; the new blades provide great visibility. Overall, Firestone exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and expertise. For nearly a decade, he’s been the most honest and dependable mechanic my family has ever worked with. His pricing was always fair, transparent, and consistently better than other shops for the exact same repairs. On one visit, I spoke with a different manager at this Firestone and was quoted thousands for a repair that should have cost only a few hundred. I left feeling taken advantage of and went to another shop, where the same repair was completed for a fraction of the cost. I was getting ready to make a four hour road trip when I noticed my tire light had come on on my Ram truck. I stopped by the shop and the team was extremely helpful right away. They checked everything out and helped me realize my tires were very low and definitely needed attention. They took the time to explain my options, gave me a very reasonable price on four new tires, and got everything taken care of quickly. Thanks to their hard work, I was back on the road and able to travel with peace of mind. Exceptional service all around and I truly appreciate the help. My car went in on a Wednesday and didn't get finished till Sunday. We were told it needed several replacements including a tire. We had to call to get updates on the service, on two calls and one in person visit we were told it didn't need all replacements we were first told it needed, but that it needed different parts. We came in to pick up the car four days of it sitting in the lot but they had just pulled it in and started working on it, so we just decided to let them finish. The only call we received in the five days it was there was when it was ready to be picked up. I will say that they did give us a good discount on the work done due it taking so long to finish.
