Brian and Tyrese were exceptional with their customer service. It closing time, and I had bad battery that needed to be replaced, and instead of saying they were closed they went beyond the call of duty and changed the battery and did an oil change. They displayed awesome service.

Pete and the team are great. They were able to fit me in on a same day appointment for an oil change and tire replacement. Was not a fun day having my tire blowout but this team made it as painless as possible. Reasonable prices and quick repair times to boot! Will definitely come again

Very great experience with Brian, Tyrese, and Keyton at the Lansing Firestone location! Brian was able to explain everything over the phone and get me scheduled for the appointment, and all pricing stayed the same as what he told me. Tyrese was amazing at the front desk, explaining what work done, what work is still recommended, and what work should immediately be taken care of. He was able to get me applied for the Firestone credit card and get me into the Firestone family! Very knowledgeable and a good guy! He was managing multiple customers and ensuring everything was running smooth. I saw him show the same kindness, care, and attention to detail that I received to other customers as well! Tyrese was a rockstar. I spoke on the phone about our issue before coming in with our tire leak issue pretty close to closing in a Saturday. He was very kind and said to come down anyways so they could check it out and be safe. He even checked the inventory for the tires just in case to make sure they had one in hand if it was needing to be replaced. Explained how my warranty worked in clear and concise terms. When we got there he got us checked in and informed of what the issue was along the way. Thankfully it was a small issue and got us in and out of there quickly despite us getting there late and all. Talk about exceptional service right here in the Chicagoland area… I had the pleasure of coming to the Firestone complete auto care on 170th and Torrance, I was pleasantly surprised… Even delighted, at the level of care and concern for my vehicle. Tyrese was the most knowledgeable and made this experience seamless. His care for my initial concern, as well as his recommendations for ongoing vehicle maintenance and improvements were easy to understand, fairly priced, and right on time. Would highly recommend.
