Zach is a rude/crude manager that treated me unfairly at the Laurel, MS Firestone. His behavior was unacceptable. My experience ended poorly in disappointment & disbelief. I drove from Meridian, MS to this location due to not having great experiences at the Meridian Firestone. I regretted coming here. I came on Sunday 6/29/25 to put a lifetime alignment on my 2025 Honda Pilot EX-L. I called on Saturday 6/28/25 & spoke with Zach. I asked for the total cost as I wanted to use the 15% off tires/any service coupon as part of their 4th of July sale. Zach quoted me $209 but with the 15% coupon the cost totaled $178 before taxes & fees. I was traveling home and my car was having trouble on the interstate, and my dad found this place for me to go to. They were so nice to me and explained everything to me. I was treated with such kindness here! Nothing but great things to say about my experience. They quickly found what was wrong and fixed it for me! Linda was an angel and seriously made this experience so calming for me and eased my nerves about traveling alone with a car that was messing up.

My wife’s car needed new tires and I started calling around getting prices. I called or visited the usual shops around, but then I checked out the Firestone store in Laurel. I have never used any Firestone shop in the past, and just assumed it would be an overpriced headache. What I found, however, was that the tire prices were very competitive with other shops in the area, but there was a major plus I hadn’t figured on at that point. I was able to make an appointment to have the tires replaced online. I simply showed up at the time I chose, and they got right on getting the tires changed. They were also upfront with issues that would need to be addressed in the near future. I appreciate the friendliness and professionalism I saw today, and will be a repeat customer.
