Firestone Complete Auto Care

I came in because my tire pressure indicator said the tire was extremely low and I had aired it up twice and it kept going down. They were quickly able to find a screw in it but unfortunately the tire was damaged beyond repair. So they recommended two different tires and said they were both the same quality but the lower price one was just as good as the higher priced one then suggested that since I was replacing one, it might be better to replace both of the tires on the whole vehicles matched. They were able to work me in that very same day which really means a lot to me and I appreciated how expedient they were how friendly they were and that they were able to get it done quickly. NEVER, EVER (and I mean it) Go to this firestone. Over the past 7 months they have had my car 4 times for the same exact problem, Suspension noise. Brought it to them in march, Told me i needed to get all of my tires replaced, LT lower ball joint, All of my shocks and struts (which according to ford told me that they did not need to be replaced) which cost a total of $3,800. After I had left the shop I had found that their was a pinhole in my drivers front CV axel (weird huh). Had to bring it back in a month later due to one of the rear shocks and one of the front struts already leaking extremely bad and the CV axel spewing greese everywhere. They denied that they did not puncture a hole in my cv axel and I had to pay out of pocket another $600. I then proceded to ignore the sounds my car

My daughter had a flat and made it there with little time left in the day. They fixed the flat, replaced a sensor, and she was good to go. I appreciate them getting her in and fixed so quickly. Thanks for the good work!

This Firestone is untrustworthy. They insisted I needed new struts to complete my alignment and after a week of them having my car, I get it back and it’s clanking and grinding and feels unsafe to drive. I take it back they say it must be a bad kit and say they will put a new kit on. They new I would be driving across country back home and they knowingly let me do so without properly fixing the car but insisting it was fixed and fine. The car was jerky and squeaky at first and over the year continuing to get worse until eventually back to clanking and grinding and not feeling safe to drive. I called a nearby Firestone in New Jersey and took it in. THEY HAD INSTALLED THE STRUTS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDES! TWICE and insisted it was correct and fine. I had a 10a.m. appointment for a simple tire change and alignment. I was told it would be ready in 2 hours. I came back the following morning at 9a.m. to pick up. It had just been put up on the lift. No apology. No explanation. I would not recommend.
