Firestone Complete Auto Care

The team at this Firestone location is very professional and thorough. My appointments are always taken on time, and the staff takes the time to explain what services were needed and why. They are also forthcoming if they are not the right provider for a particular service and have helped point me in the right direction. The manager, Steve Schmidt, makes himself available for any questions and customer concerns. I will continue to bring my vehicle to this location for future needs.

If I could give this place zero stars I would I scheduled an oil change appointment for 11 o’clock the gentleman when I dropped my car off said that they may be a little bit behind, but it would get done. I go at 3:30. My car is still not done and hasn’t even been looked at so I asked for my keys and I left. I strongly do not recommend this place to get an oil change

They promise to fix my windshield wiper for 79 dollars and on Saturday January 3rd. I picked it up on Sunday night because they could not get to it not enough techs. It is now the 10th asked me to bring it back then to get a less then 5 minute part to get fixed. I dropped it off yesterday the 9th. hoping they could do it quickly no dice and was told they did not have the part then told me they did not have a tech. Then They was hung up on when i voiced my unhappiness when they promised me it would be done on the 3rd. They did do it early this morning. Was 85.32 when asked why so much because I have a very limited funds he stated taxes which was part true they charged shop supplies for 1.50 asked what that charge was and he pointed to a fee board read it but still did not understand it wa

This place is literally a joke. I went for cheap tires and I definitely got what I paid for. I've had a tpms light since my first visit and I've been there 4 times now and the problem persists. The manager said he'd order a dealer part and its been 4 days now... No call. Not to mention they charged me 150 for a new sensor with labor on top of the tires. 90 bucks for a senor!! when Honda sells them for 32 bucks. Also when I hooked my bidirectional computer up the sensor they sold me has a low battery. Also while sitting in the waiting room I listened to the ridiculous quotes they were giving people. Prices are sky high here. Let's talk about how they broke my odb2 port because they had to use 3 computers just to clear the tpms light cause they obviously have no idea what they're doing. It w

The guys are always great. Very thorough and always so nice. And their service is always quick they were busy during my visit so for an oil change I had to wait 2 hours that was all right I didn't mind.
